Ministry in Hawaii: Welcome to The Way Ministry

“Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life,” John 14:6
The Way Ministry exists to share the love of Christ by reaching the lost, feeding the hungry, and showing compassion to the broken across the Hawaiian Islands. As a dedicated island ministry, we are committed to making disciples and reflecting Christ through our missions in Hawaii — because He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

What began as a story of pain, loss, and addiction became a testimony of God’s transforming grace. Through years of struggle, including battles with addiction, a broken family, and seasons of rebuilding, God was writing a bigger story: one of restoration and purpose. He turned a life once marked by defeat into a mission marked by compassion. From ministering to the houseless and addicted on Friday nights to launching outreach programs that feed and uplift communities locally and abroad, The Way Ministry stands as a living example that no life is too far gone and no heart too hard for God to redeem. Rooted in faith and driven by love, we continue to walk in obedience — reaching the lost, feeding the hungry, and reflecting Christ through our missions. As part of the broader Hawaii ministries, we believe that Jesus is the Way.

At The Way Ministry, part of the vibrant community of Hawaiian island ministries, everything we do is built on the truth of God’s Word and the transforming power of Jesus Christ. We believe that salvation is found in Christ alone…by grace, through faith, and that every believer is called to live a life that reflects His love, truth, and compassion. As one of the non-denominational ministries in Hawaii, we understand that the veil was torn when Jesus died for us, giving all people direct access to God through Christ. Our unity is not found in denominations, but in the Spirit of God and the truth of Scripture. We believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit…one God in three persons, and that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, our foundation for faith and life. We are called to live out our faith through action: loving our neighbors, making disciples, serving the broken, and proclaiming that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. What We Believe • The Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God, the final authority for truth and life. • Salvation comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. • Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who died for our sins and rose again. • The Holy Spirit empowers, guides, and transforms believers to live holy, fruitful lives. • The Church is the body of Christ, called to love, serve, and reach the world. • Baptism and Communion are outward expressions of an inward faith. • Unity in Christ transcends denominations, for the veil was torn when Jesus died for us. • Faith in Action means living for Christ daily, producing fruit that brings glory to God.

God multiplies every gift. Whether large or small, your donation to our Hawaiian Island ministry helps us bring hope, healing, and the love of Christ to those in need. A simple act of generosity can become a miracle in someone’s life.
We understand that only Jesus offers real freedom and the only path to eternal life with the Father. Thank you for giving, praying, and believing with us as we lead others to Him through our Hawaii ministries and the various ministries in Hawaii.
“A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.”
